Welcome to ReelYums! By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Who you're dealing with

ReelYums is operated by Isaiah Shawver, an independent sole trader, trading as Shawver Tech. You can reach a real person at ishawver10@gmail.com or through the contact page.

1. The service

ReelYums lets you save recipes and bookmarks to recipe videos, posts, and websites in a private cookbook stored in the cloud and available on any device.

2. Your account

• You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account, please.

3. Plans and billing

• The free plan holds up to 10 saved cookbook items and stays free.
• Premium costs $3.99 per month or $38.40 per year for unlimited cookbook items. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, and yearly subscriptions renew yearly until you cancel.
• You can cancel Premium at any time from your account menu; you keep access for the period you've already paid for, and you never lose cookbook items you've saved.
• Prices may change; if they do, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

4. Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable, including part-used billing periods.
• You can cancel any time from your account menu. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Premium for the rest of the period you've already paid for.
• Try the free plan first. It doesn't expire and it doesn't ask for a card, so you can see whether ReelYums suits you before you pay anything.
• Nothing here limits the refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

5. Your content

• Your recipes, bookmarks, and personal notes are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you save.
• When you import from a link, we store the recipe details and a link back to the original source for your personal use. Respect the original creators: ReelYums is a personal cookbook, not a republishing tool.
• When you save a video or post for later, ReelYums stores the original link and bookmark metadata. It does not download or host a copy of the social-media video, and the original may stop working if its owner deletes it or makes it private.
• If you create a sharing link, you choose to make that recipe or bookmark snapshot available to anyone who receives the link for 14 days. Only share content you are allowed to share.
• Don't use ReelYums to store unlawful content or to abuse the import service (for example, mass automated scraping).

6. Availability

We work hard to keep ReelYums fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost data beyond what the law requires. You can export your cookbook at any time, so keep a copy if it matters to you.

7. Ending an account

You can delete your account (and all its data) yourself from Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you when reasonable.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and highlight the change on the site.
