Welcome to Cookmark! By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cookmark lets you save recipes, either imported from links or written yourself, to a private cookbook stored in the cloud and available on any device.

2. Your account

• You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account, please.

3. Plans and billing

• The free plan holds up to 15 saved recipes and stays free.
• Premium costs $5.99 per month for unlimited recipes, and renews monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel Premium at any time from your account menu; you keep access for the period you've already paid for, and you never lose recipes you've saved.
• Prices may change; if they do, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

4. Your content

• Your recipes are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you save.
• When you import from a link, we store the recipe details and a link back to the original source for your personal use. Respect the original creators: Cookmark is a personal cookbook, not a republishing tool.
• Don't use Cookmark to store unlawful content or to abuse the import service (for example, mass automated scraping).

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Cookmark fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost data beyond what the law requires. You can export your cookbook at any time, so keep a copy if it matters to you.

6. Ending an account

You can delete your account (and all its data) yourself from Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you when reasonable.

7. Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and highlight the change on the site.
